Founder

Lauren started work on Willow House in 2018. She led all aspects of the development from financing to construction and design. She has been operating Willow House for the past 3 years. Prior to Willow House she worked at Howard Hughes and Oliver McMillan in development.

Oxido investor Grant Hosking founded Reserve Rentals in 2018, master leasing, furnishing and managing luxury short-term rentals in premier properties across multiple US cities.

The company scaled to $2M in annual run rate revenue in 18 months and was acquired by Domio in 2019.Grant has extensive experience investing in real estaet, hospitality and STR assets.

Grant was the Vice President of Real Estate Development of Domio and currently the Managing Partner at Align Ventures, a $150M venture fund.
